When it works, it's convenient. But there are too many times when it either takes too long to deliver (2hrs) or worse, it charges your credit card then cancels the order. And their online chat customer service is terrible
Pls dont delete chat histories. I keep having to repeat myself. And pls indicate which restaurants do their own deliveries because bonchon did not deliver my order.
They complete orders whenever they want to and dont even ask customers whether you received the order or not.... So many bad experiences with this app
The apps is okay but the overall system is disappointing. If a restaurant run out of certain item in the menu, the overall order is cancelled without informing which item has run out. Customer has to guess which one has run out to order again for another item from the same restaurant
Been using Food Panda for almost 2 yrs and never had any major problem other than a couple of delayed delivery. Customer Service is very helpful when asking on Status.
very good services but foodpanda you should charge the debit/credit card after the order confirmation by the restaurant this may help us in safe deduction of our billed amount and no worries of reverting of transaction upon order cancellation.
