I had an issue with my grocery order. I reached out to help center and the agent asked me to capture a photo. But each time after capturing a photo in the preview screen the use photo button would not work. I tried to explain this to the agent but they just shut me off saying cannot proceed without image. I have another phone so I thought I’d try with that one. I tried and was able to send the photo but the agent escalated the issue to some specialist team who’d get back to me by 24 hours!

Stupid app. Marks the items ordered as sold out when it's already paid online but is actually available, forcing us to pay in cash. The refund process is very slow, would have to be followed up after 30 days. This has happened twice already and is becoming annoying and such a hassle.

the customer service solution on this app is horrible. it's been almost an hour over than the time it should arrive and restaurant is still preparing for it. when I asked to have it cancelled the customer service solution was they can cancel it but won't refund my money. I paid in advance using my credit card. so that means this app shouldn't be trusted.
