i hate it as a 1st timer! sabi ng rider need ko daw lumabas ng kalsada kasi wala daw magbabantay ng motor nia? eh ang daming fastfood rider na nkakapasok sa lugar namin na di nagreklamo? Hello magbabayad ako ng delivery charged pero palalabasin mo ako? Kaya ako nagpadeliver dahil di maganda pakiramdam ko tpos uutusan mo ako? Kuya pwede magtanong tanong hindi nananakit mga tao samin.. 2hours ang paghihintay? kitang kita pa sa tracker na dinaanan lng ng rider yung lugar namin. sabi nung driver na nagdeliver tinanggihan daw nung unang rider?? i don't care sa excuses nio ang sakin sana yung ETA nio totoo!
Foodpanda is unscrupulous. They have no qualms taking orders well in advance, cancelling at the last moment and don't bother telling you if or when they will refund. Customer service is non existent and they close email support tickets even though no solution has been provided. Avoid this horrible business
It used to be an awesome app but now as they have changed much many restaurants are not included.. And if u order something but want to minus it from total you can't do that unless you enter to their delivery charges.. Improve these issues pleade
Great app and good service! Just one problem though, I can't seem to find the "Change for.." box for cash transactions. Glad if you could point it out if it is there, or if you have removed the feature it would be great if you would bring it back. That's all folks!
Took me 30 minutes to confirm an order because I wasn't receiving a verification code. I was then prompted to contact foodpanda customer service. I didn't get a response from them for several minutes, and then when an agent finally responded via chat they just asked "how can I help you" and didn't respond afterwards. About 10 or 15 minutes later, I start getting flooded by text messages from food panda: my verification code. Downright horrible.
One of the worst customer service experiences I have had. My food is running late by more than an hour and I have had zero communication from the Foodpanda team. All my efforts to reach them have been of no use. There are far smoother food aggregators and I would strongly suggest to use them
worst!! they give option to choose for method of paying . when the order is cancelled it takes more than 2 days to refund back n telling me i choose online banking n there is procedures!!! wah !! when u guys wan money u guys give us millions of options now wanting my money back i need to wait like an idiot!!
