the old app is better. there is no option where you can put your available cash so that the rider can bring the exact change. You can't also edit your order unless it aldeady have the minimum amount. I can't also talk to an agent anymore for the clarification of my orders.
The new app interface is nice to look at but functionality is not on par. Have to click on 'customise' to see further details, when you click back, it doesn't hold your position on the page before, prone to accidental adding to cart because apparently a simple tap aids you to add and not show more details as before. And of course, you'll never get any voucher or promo code unless you don't use the app for a while. Pfft.
Your new app doesn't matter because your service is still ridiculous. Your confidence though, amazes me; you prompt and literally provoke me non-stop asking me to rate your app and your service. Your live chat is the only way to communicate immediate concerns to you. And it doesn't work. After texting you and being told to wait for a response (which never comes) I was kicked out of the chat cos you hadn't heard from me in a while. Yup, because I start the chat and supposed to reply myself and have imaginery excellent service, right?
The app is okay but the service sucks! The customer service on the chatroom give wrong information. Also, the chatroom closes on you everytime if the customer service agent does not response to you within a certain time. So every time you have to start a new chat and it closes on you again. Very frustrating for a customer who is waiting for some kind of resolution to the inquiry. Wrote to the support twice! No response!!! I prefer to use the other 2 delivery service.
The old version was better. Customer service sucks, can't even get an agent to talk to regarding orders. Also no field to indicate how much change the rider supposed to bring. Can't even view/edit cart unless the minimum order was reached, such hassle.
The service were not good. There is no way we can cancel the order in some circumstances that can't be avoided. It's ridiculous. The live chat, i don't know what is the purpose of it if they can't settle or have a conclusions with any issues. The service for food panda now, is a NO go. I'd screenshot the conversations had in the live chat. I will make it viral and stop all my friends and family to order from food panda.
Canceled order after waiting for an hour! Chat support lied that the our place was outside the coverage area. They have it listed with my choice of address and and we ordered from the restaurant before! Through food panda! They kept emailing me to order but they can't get it to work when I do.
