Hate the new updates. The fake photographs are misleading. The tile for each restaurant is too big. I hate that clicking on something immeadiately adds it to the cart. The minimum order value can't be seen anymore. I could really go on and on about this.
The new app interface is nice to look at but functionality is not on par. Have to click on 'customise' to see further details, when you click back, it doesn't hold your position on the page before, prone to accidental adding to cart because apparently a simple tap aids you to add and not show more details as before. And of course, you'll never get any voucher or promo code unless you don't use the app for a while. Pfft.
Your new app doesn't matter because your service is still ridiculous. Your confidence though, amazes me; you prompt and literally provoke me non-stop asking me to rate your app and your service. Your live chat is the only way to communicate immediate concerns to you. And it doesn't work. After texting you and being told to wait for a response (which never comes) I was kicked out of the chat cos you hadn't heard from me in a while. Yup, because I start the chat and supposed to reply myself and have imaginery excellent service, right?
Ridiculous service, u need to build a landmark near your location in order to assist the delivery guy. Do not panic! That's what I was asked when I ordered for the very first time at midnight :) and it was last. Order was cancelled and to be honest I ordered from KFC and nearest KFC was just 5-8 minutes far from my location but they straight away refused. I would like to congratulate the whole team for such a wonderful experience.
The old version was better. Customer service sucks, can't even get an agent to talk to regarding orders. Also no field to indicate how much change the rider supposed to bring. Can't even view/edit cart unless the minimum order was reached, such hassle.
My order from Taco Factory was listed as "delivered" however I never received my order nor was I ever notified that my order was cancelled. My only option is to give FoodPanda a bad review for poor service since I can't leave a review for Taco Factory. Please fix your service issues FoodPanda! Sincerely, Henry Camacho
Mobile number errors!!??!? 4 days in a freaking row I tried to input my mobile number and it keeps giving me an error that it failed. What the heck is this, all I want is food is it so hard to just get my number and deliver the damn food without all these ridiculous sign ups and errors? Went on the in mobile chat to express my concern and NO REPLIES. Expected better of foodpanda.
