Now when you get an app like this you feel thrilled because you set it up thinking you'll order from your favourite places without the hasstle of going, that is until you figure out most of the places usually listed aren't despite them being closer than ones that are. So what's up with that? MAJOR issue IMO.
Too late.. poor service I just cancled my order which I placed from this app! After placing the order from Hellofood that give you time 1 hour or 55 mins for delivery, and I cancled my order after 1 hour 25 mins.. my order didnt reach on time. This happened 3rd time in a row! After this long waiting of time food cant be fresh! Pathatic service. Wasted my time in ordering and waiting for it! It would be better if I go by myself and enjoy my fresh food!!
Horrible service It took me ages to checkout and it wouldn't send a message on my phone so I could complete the order. Tried with 2 different phones and even downloaded it in another phone. Kept saying your order is not accepted. Completely sucks! Wasted an hour trying to order
Customer service lacking As title says customer service is almost inexistant n they NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER did i mention NEVER EVER? answer the phone nor read msgs on order for extra items not available on the online menu cuz menu items not all entered online
Service Improved Its been years since i downloaded the app and deleted it coz i hated it but now im more than pleased. The app is great and ranks very high in my opinion compared to other apps. Keep the good work!
Worst "chat" customer support The food was never delivered. Hello food's customer service can only chat with you which adds to the frustration. No calls. They lied twice about contacting the restaurant and promised that the food would be delivered within 10 mnts. I had to call the restaurant myself to find out that the order hasn't even reached them. You are better off ordering directly from restaurants or using a different app.
