Ratings and reviews

Increasingly unstable. The app closes for no reason at least once a day, live radio video broadcasts crash through transmission. Podcasts will suddenly lose all sound. Considering the size of the organisation and how long people have had these issues, I am surprised it's still not improving. On radio broadcasts with full video (I.e Moyles birthday show) it was impossible to watch as the video crashed every few minutes.

I am forced to edit my review from 2 to 1, this app constantly crashes to the point of being unusable. Dear Global Management team, if you are reading this will you please do yourselves a favour and start from scrtch with a different app development team so you have an app which reflects the quality of your radio stations. I don't have any of these issues with BBC Sounds or YouTube.

This app is rubbish. It is so unstable. If you pause on catch up, when you press play again it jumps back to the start of the show. How annoying. If buffers frequently, regardless of how good your connection is. Honestly, it would be awesome if a non potato was employed to support development. I have stopped listening to global stations because of their useless app.
