I was unable to access my bar code when I was at Pizza Boys and Rituals. Thankfully, I had screenshot it and saved in case. Today was my first time using the app and the reward system. The bar code did not work on the first scan, but did on the second. About an hour after I got home and checked the app, the points were already allocated. The app itself is very user friendly and visually appealing. I will be using for placing orders due to convenience and how easy it is to use.

This app works relatively well. However, on a few occasions I would have experienced issues with trying to place an order, show the store was closed when I knew it wasn't. App not taking the order a routing me back to the screen to select pick up or delivery. I guess it just needs tweaking abit.

Absolutely love this app. Breaks down everything so it's easy to put in your order, various payment options, and they always call as soon as order is placed to verify. Also very quick service whether it's pick up or delivery
