Very nice variety! I was upset at the quality of the items. Many of the dresses were see through, not very durable, thin and not all comfortable fabric. I sent them in for a return about 3 months ago, I went with a dress on Amazon. I inquired about the return recently, they asked for the tracking number, which I believe was provided when I processed the return, maybe not. Either way, I don't have the receipt anymore and from my finding there's nothing they can or will do. Just a little upset.

The clothes are cute and fit the way they look. But their return policy SUCKS. You must open a ticket with them...and then wait. Oh, and trying to find the place where the tickets were stored was also difficult. I found out after almost a week that my swimsuits aren't returnable, doesn't matter if I grabbed the wrong size to begin with. So don't fill your cart expecting to be able to exchange easily. I guess I should have known about the swimsuits, but this was frustrating.

I LOOOOOVVVEEEE dresslily! I've ordered from them many many times. I even have two separate accounts with them, one for mobile ordering and one for on the computer. If everything goes perfectly you get your items in a timely manner, good quality, and great prices with tons of sales and discounts. HOWEVER, if something goes wrong... customer service is AWFUL. They are so limited in what they can or will do. I've been so frustrated with how they handle things that I may no longer order from them.
