I live in Canada, so when they took more out than expected I got concerned and chickened our and cancelled my order. My sister ordered two months ago, still waiting patiently, got my refund pretty quickly tho. I just wish they were honest about timing of shipments and to have better customer service to be able to actually help. I've had to write 4 times, getting a ticket like I'm in a line yo to finally discuss my issue. Would consider trying again, maybe order one thing and than see how long it actually gets here lol
I ordered a top on the 28th feb 17 and only just recieved it today after complaining to the customer service for the past month and then when i got my top, it was way to small. I dont know what they call 4XL but in australia it is big. Their 4XL is a medium size.. so disappointed and wont ever order from here again!
The first time i ordered i recieved it quite quickly however at no point during the checkout process does it tell you it will take more out than what you agreed to pay. If there are currency conversions this should be made clear at the checkout process. Instead for what was supposed to be a $5 top ended up being a $35 dollar top which has already fallen apart. I can get better quality and cheaper at kmart!!!
Very bad. Ordered my stuff 2 months ago still waiting delivery. When asked staff of this online store they say it's been delivered and it's no more their problem I must sort it out with courier services!! Very disappointing
This is worst shopping app ever. You can't even contact the seller or any shit. Its just worst. I bought two tops two months ago and haven't received it yet. Literally I paid for nothing. This is crap, please highly suggest not to use this shopping app
Horrilbe delivery but great prices. You heard that saying you pay for what you get that is totally this company just horrible, I order bathing suits for a trip in March hopefully come by June cuz I haven't got them yet tried to call the 1-800 number it doesn't work try to click on the email link it doesn't work trying to contact them. It does not work so I guess I'll get my bathing suits one day I don't know how the hell I'm supposed to get my money back
