Good customer service Took a month for me to receive two packages. Was given the wrong tracking website for one of the packages. Same package wasn't shipped until 10 days after I ordered it even when it said "takes 3 days to ship" after you make the order. Was contacted by customer service and they gave me 500 pts in my account and also said they were going to review their services for better service in the future. Also responded in a timely manner. Gave me the correct tracking website.
I love the stuff on this app!! I have placed 2 orders with them so far... 1st order was easy to track etc... this second order took forever (almost 3 weeks) to ship out. I paid extra for tracking # but can't track it for some reason... I have sent 2 emails & haven't received a response!! If I wasn't so happy with 1st order I wouldn't have given them 5 stars... hopefully I get my order soon or at least most of it.. part of it didn't ship & don't know when it will... still shows for sale on the app, so don't know why it didn't ship!!
Horrible company If you're willing to pay $20 plus for 3 day shipping and is ok with receiving your items a month later this is the company for you. They also refuse to give you a refund . This company is horrible and advise NOT TO DOWNLOAD THIS APP OR GO TO THE SITE AS THIS COMPANY IS A CON. Also Eircom customer service line is disconnected ! Do not bother with this company. Cheap clothing for a bad company
Eh.. Not impressed They have really cute clothes but it took forever for me to get my package! Only to find out the pants I ordered came in 2 sizes too small. And the shirt was like silk when it was suppose to be cotton.
Ok..... It's nice. It has great clothing for great deals. However on this app i can't search for anything at all. It just says no results found. Clearly this needs to be fixed very very soon, as i should be able to search for what i exactly want. I also can't view my favourites nor visit options at all. This also is a very urgent
Love the items. But don't always get them. I usually get what I order but the last order two items sat with a waiting to ship status. There is no way to contact anyone except for email tried the several times. I got an auto reply email saying they would get back to me and never did. They bill me for the two items and I never got it. Too bad it has turned me off so I wont order from them again. I'm not in the habit of giving away my hard earned money.
