I installed and reinstalled the application 3 times and twice in different phones. The first time I added items to the cart but whenever I would try to select the number of item to 1 the app would randomly make it a huge figure like 256, 38 and so on. It opened the cart thrice for me but wouldn't change the number of products to be delivered thereafter the app keeps crashing every time I try to view the cart. It crashes in both the phones in which I installed the application. Thoroughly disappointed.. I was so looking forward to shop from the site.
Everything is shipped from a far off land. So it does take a while to receive your purchase. Just plan ahead. All clothing items for plus size needs to be ordered 1 to 2 sizes up. Just plain to order the largest and tailor to your size. Example: if you wear a 2x please or a 4x if you wear a 3x please order 5x. Points are cert helpful. Sign into your downloaded app everyday and receive points. Even if you don't buy anything, collect your points for future purchases.
The items looked nice but a lot of the items are out of stock, the items that are generated from typing a search doesn't match what you typed. Example: "size small cocktail dress" showed every plus size dress. It doesn't even filter your search. Disappointing. Delete app.
It kept on crashing. What I mean when I say crashing, is that it kept pausing and then it just stops the app from working completely. I've tried to restart my phone etc. Still crashes. Aswell as it kept showing items that I had previously deleted. I've tried a number of times. But it still can't be deleted. Hope this gets resolved soon.
I ordered 2 wigs in February, I got a message saying they would be shipped separately. I received the first wig, but have not received the second wig. I have sent numerous messages asking for a different product or my money back and I have not received either. The response is the wig is on backorder and if I would like to order something else or get my money reimbursed, but when I sent a message stating what I want, I get the same message again. I like what they have to offer but this is too much of a hassle. Just reimburse my money.
It's cool and all. You get some pretty good items for a great price and decent quality. There's just a lot of complications with writing reviews and when you actually get your items. They explain that to you though so it's not like it's a shady app or anything.
