I have the same problem as others - logs you out every time, and have to go through multiple screens, T&Cs etc. I have complained about it, but no resolution, don't really know why I am still paying for it. It isn't even useful as it would only immobilise well after the car has been stolen. I got sold this by the dealership, but wish I had ignored. Waste of time. Get a steering wheel lock instead.

Still not working.. Logs me out, and I need to reset my account on my PC, reinstall the app, call customer service etc.. This app hasn't been working for years, it doesn't seem they care about fixing this.. So I have to carry my D-iD card with me for driving - the card works smoothly (only this app is useless).. (The Global Telemetrics company is good though - they give me a call every time when I drive my van without my D-iD card)

As other have said, an appaulingly written app which forgets or loses the user details constantly, resulting in needing to repeatedly re-register. The solution when voicing these concerns to Smartrack is to use Manual mode, effectively meaning I have to notify them when the car is moved without authorisation, rather than receive a call from them, which seems like a backward step.
