Waitrons have no idea what to do with codes I often visit Chatoga Spur and I always struggle getting my app generated code through to the waitrons. I have not been credited points for a meal I paid for yesterday because these people don't know what to do when I tell them I have the app. All they want is the stupid card. Please try to integrate a qe code that I could scan from the till receipt in order to claim my points. That way I won't have to rely on the waitrons to capture my code.
Food pics Why go through all the trouble to make an App available but yet we can't see the individual pics of the items on the menu...? You should know by now that customers eat with their eyes first... The same goes for your online menu.../:-) /:-) /:-) /:-)
Full of bugs at best I have now to my frustration tried to register my physical card around 7 times and no luck. I can't scroll on the app form. Sometimes just loose my data and then again I can't scroll. So I'm now done trying.
Very handy I like this app. Handy for when you forgot your card at home. And when planning for the future it helps a lot. Easy to use, simple to utilise. Lobe that there are other places whom accept the points now. Love it
I use it to find the nearest Spur restaurant - it's cool for me. The waiters just take my card number but I don't know if they always record that to earn points for my purchase???
The app works great. I have been using it for a while now. Just installed Bitdefender and it tells me that the Spur app is malicious, it is "aggressive adware".
