Seems like ordering on the app for delivery does not work. payments don't go through. I think you should remove it as an option from the app. I even thought the app needs to be updated and I tried different cards and they all just wouldn't confirm order. called the contact centre and she said I must call the store to place the order. I was wondering why she'd tell me that, instead of please try again. a lot of people have been commenting about this and nothing gets done.

Ive noticed that the same payment issue Ive been reporting for months now, is being reported by others. And the same tick box copy paste responses and lack of service from the call centre? Is this the face of spurs? Do you not care anymore about your customers who have been using this app for years? Its poor show to see so many reporting the same issue, which would BENEFIT spurs bottom line with more sales and even thats not incentive enough to get if fixed.

I've been struggling to process payments via the app for order and collect for weeks now! Debit or credit card, there is always some error preventing the sale from going through.
