This is your convenient tool to help simplify, add control and reach your vehicle’s full potential. Stay in touch and in command — whether you’re in your vehicle or out. Access helpful features like remote commands right on your home screen and even check the estimated fuel level or charge status of your electric vehicle.

Start by logging in with your Buick Account or OnStar username and password. Services are not available everywhere, and feature availability and functionality may vary by country. The myBuick mobile app* is supported on Android 9 and above and is only available in North America.

Remote Commands**
Your key fob is conveniently located on your home screen. You can lock and unlock your doors or warm up your car on a cold morning.

Vehicle Status*** / Schedule Service
Check your vehicle’s status to monitor fuel level, oil life, tire pressure and more, making it easy for you to stay on top of your vehicle’s health and schedule service with your participating Dealer without leaving the app.

Yep, does not work. I also get the 'Unable to retrieve account details.' Retry (which doesn't work) or Log Off. Did the same as other, cleared cache and storage, reinstalled, etc. Do not tell me to send you an email with the issue, you already have what's needed from others (and above). Get your developers to fix this, as it does not look good for GM/Buick.

2/15/24...My vehicle's status is not showing (tire pressure, mileage etc)...extremely frustrating to pay for a service that's not provided. There seems to be more negative reviews than positive. Time to make some changes. Previous review: Just updated the app and added the remote access plan. The numbers are cut off that shows tire pressure, mileage, oil life etc. I am so disappointed in the app. At this point it's useless.

I've used the myBuick app a handful of times to start my car when I am not in a position to use the remote. Over the last month or so, the start signal never reaches the car. Nothing happens, no update, no success or fail message. For the last couple of weeks the button says sending and will not let me reset. I have cleared my cache and app data and it's still malfunctioning. I don't feel fighting the app to work properly when it will not allow me the ability to reset is acceptable.
