Update (4/25/2017): prompt connection to my CTS from my DTEK60. OnStar support was excellent in resolving connectivity issues reported a month ago. I am running it on my BlackBerry PRIV without any issues. Prompt start and response from the app. and my CTS Wagon. Thank you guys!
I continuously get error 705_2, it says Unable to detect Internet connection. Please ensure your device is connected to the Internet and try again. I am connected, I've made sure my device isn't on Power saving mode. I've called technical support and still get the same error message. What am I to do? This is frustrating because I can't use the app
Have a 2017 xt5. Damn $55000.00 car and this app is awful. Will not send directions to the car, will not start the car, when use parking feature it gives me an address when car is in a parking lot. WTH good is that. Horrible, very sorry I went with Cadillac.

It's five steps just to start the car. There was an update today and now it doesn't work at all.
No owners manual available for my 2017 CTS AWD on this app. Why not?
