Very frustrating experience. I bought a package from Rio do Uberaba, but the airline company changed my flight, and I decided to cancel. I did that by reaching out to the airline and had no problems. However, Decolar hasn't changed the flight status on the app (it says it's confirmed), and no refund has been made... I posted a complaint at reclameaqui website. I have been waiting for over a month. I try to contact Decolar, but nobody answers. Solution: lawsuit.

Just buy from the airline companies themselves, Decolar will charge you more for you to be able to refund and that's not mentioning the extra price they charge you to begin with for the alleged service they give you. Waste of money. straight up scam

Very long to answer the phone for any claim you may have. (1 hour +) Since my flight was cancelled in May 2020 no news on how to reclaim reimbursement or a new flight. Very disappointed with after sales care.
