Update 5/31/26 - it's working again as it should. But when happens, it could be at a moment you need it most. Well, they bricked the app again. Its been working well for the past 4 years and now, nothing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it at least a dozen times. I've cleared the cache and other files each time. I'm about done with GMC and Onstar.

doesn't work half the time. I can't even log in now, tried reinstall and still nothing. also very slow to start the car or lock or unlock the car and it doesn't tell you if the car is locked or if the windows are open or anything like that. very basic app, had a different brand car and the apps do way more and way better on other brands, this app very disappointing, bordering on useless.

Your mobile app won't let me in. It's stuck on authentication. And yes, the password i used is correct. I can login using a browser, not the mobile app. in the past 2 months it's forced me to log back in many times. now I can't get in at all. very disappointed in the software in my new 2025 denali and the app.
