Very poor functionality. Response times are so slow that they sometimes feel non-existent. Logs out frequently. No notification history so if the doors actually locked you can't tell if you missed the alert. Can't shut the car off once you turn it on. In fact, there's more things you can't do with this app than what you can do. No windows. No customization.

Half the time sending a start command doesn't work when the vehicle is only 25 feet away. Not worth paying additional fees for access to features that don't work most of the time. to GMC. I'm not going to take my time to help you troubleshoot an app when multiple people report this problem. Maybe expand your QA test cases or do more quality assurance across your supported vehicles. before releasing.

The app works well and have had no issues in functionality. BUT in terms of speed in a emergency OnStar SUCKS! If your vehicle is getting stolen, just shoot the thief's! It's going to save you a huge headache not dealing with them. OnStar is useless for anything other than unlocking the doors, in my time of an emergency I had to remain composed while talking to them, while also running the guy down and dragging him out at gunpoint, SERIOUSLY. OnStar do a better job at the service you sell.
