Thanks for the lastest update which happened in the pouring rain away from home and ultimately denying me access to my car. Absurdly stupid to do that to people. Why doesn't it update when it needs to automatically so I'm not stuck? *As I read other reviews regarding the update I realize it happened as far back as November 2017. So in 4 months GM didn't feel it necessary to send some sort of notification or an email to say your app no longer works and you need to update it. Instead they wait until I go to use it in the pouring rain to inform me. This just compounds the insult!
Who's the friggin moron who decided that the November 7 update was a good idea? The app absolutely sucks since then. Idiots. Not only do we pay for OnStar, they also throw ads in our face with the app.
Still not working after update. Activity timeout. I get the circle spinning for an update but keeps timing out. Nothing works as a result. :( been over a month now.
Update to link my chev app with onstar remote link a complete failure. The remote link features are no longer available. Does not even deserve 1*
Issue is fixed. I had two accounts created that were not linking up. Everything is back to normal and working great for me again.
Call the "OnStar" app "OnStar," NOT "RemoteLink." How ridiculous 🤔
We update our app regularly to add new features and improve performance. We’ve added the following features in this release:
The Vehicle Status section now includes additional information for diesel vehicle owners. Users with real-time diagnostics can monitor Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) levels, which now includes information on optimal, low, or, or critically low levels that would limit vehicle operation.
