I have been able to sign up/login but there is no clear way to customize my interests for the pro membership box. For some reason, my email and password that allows me to login to the app doesn't work for the website. Not sure what the problem is.

It won't load on a Droid turbo, getting a 505 error. All other apps load fine.

Doesn't recognize my email or password. Also, it doesn't send me the email to change my password (I checked my spam). Customer service is just as awful as the app.

Pure junk. Had to change my password 10+ times to log in. When I tried to order something online, it kicked me out after putting in my payment info, and wouldn't let me log back in or check my status. The online site sucks too.

This app is horrible. You need to log in again when checking out, then it freezes. Which forces you to check out with guest and miss out on points. Everything freezes.

I've been having so many issues with this app. I'm a member, yet it doesn't allow me to log in (had to reset password but that wasn't the issue), I enter my shipping address yet it keeps inputting my billing address (multiple times), and it doesn't allow you me to complete my purchase. This is very upsetting, as I can not find my vegan, gluten free, soy free products at my local GNC's. Please fix!!!

This app is very frustrating. It doesn't allow you to store your password or email to stay signed. Some days it doesn't recognize your password and doesn't allow you to reset it. You cannot search items try typing in Performix and it will come up not found. You cannot make purchases from a mobile device and customer service says that's "normal" and a matter of policy.

This app seemed like a great idea. You have the ability to shop the gnc store at your fingertips. It also shows you how many points you have accumulated shopping. All positive things. Then it gets very interesting. You see something you like you select it and put it in your shopping cart. You head to checkout only to find the app prompting you to re-enter your email and password. Once you do this. The app gives you an error. I called the number provided in the app. The response from customer service was great lol." I'm sorry but you cannot place orders from a mobile device. " I'm very confused at this point. I downloaded this app from Google play store. And gnc customer services informs me that orders cannot be placed from a tablet or smart phone. Hmm interesting. Once you figure out and allow ordering from an app that's downloaded from a play store that is mostly built for mobile devices you should consider a ship to store button. This app needs alot of work!!!

The camera fix. 😂 So I see Everyone Saying Something About The Problem And i had It Too And Letting Ya Know How To Fix It To Help. You Have To Go To Your Phone Settings Then Go To The Apps And Go To What Permissions You Let The App Access. And turn On The Camera. Thats Pretty Much It. 😅

can't add stuff to a list I can't add anything to a "list" everytime it wants me to sign in even though I am already signed into the app. And won't search anything out that you type in the search box. I get an error message on both of these issues. As far as I am concerned the app is useless!

Frustrated No working when signing up for rewards. I could not click box for terms of service. Went to shop and use promo and would ask for location but never let me shop. Only gave directions to local store. Very very glitchy. Tried to just use Google web site and not app but automatically took me to glitchy Mobil app. Rewards program is not running right either. Going to spend my $100 Christmas card and so else where. I do not recommend!

Couldn't even set up the account Bug in the program wouldn't let me check the box to accept terms and conditions for the app. Complete waste of data for the download.

Camera scanning does not work. A series of events is not making me happy with GNC right now. I went to buy some of my health goods from them yesterday and all the stores nationwide were closed for the change over. So I go today and now my Gold Card is no longer valid as they are implementing a new system. Now the app won't let me scan my items. It said to restart my phone and try again. I did and scanning with the camera still doesn't work. So I'll be patient and wait for GNC to get it fixed. Whatever...... 2 stars.

Got a galaxy s5 and can't even click the button to agree to terms and conditions to even sign up. Waste of time.
