Stupid app. We already in 2026. You should allow any value to topup and set any duration to charge. Please improve.

We came across this charging app when parking in Cork. we thought we could just charge and go. NOT so. We both downloaded the app. Then one needed verification.Husband was done sooner as my code didn't arrive. Then he had to pay first. Then we pressed charge. Nothing happened. Not enough money said the app. set the charge to 1 hour. We had lodged 20 Euro.1 hour of charging should not take more than 20. But still no charging happened.Eventually we gave up. Don't know yet if we have the money back

The app itself works fine, but it's the only charging app I've ever needed to load money into. And that money is only for use within this app. And I only use it in 1 location.
