this app constantly has problems. when it works it's great but when it doesn't work it's scary. these are our children, in the hands of strangers, I need an app that works every time. it either won't show the progress or the progress freezes and it looks like they are just sitting somewhere.

THIS APP IS VERY USEFUL AND YOU GET REAL TIME EXPERIENCE OF SEEING PICKUP AND DROP OFF. AND KNOWING WHO THE DRIVER IS .

So far this is reliable Transportation Service. This is my first year with this service. I appreciate that customer service are very transparent, whether it be to the app or calling the customer service number. I appreciate the notifications and the mapping to help make sure that parents feel safe regarding their children's safety. With the information of being dropped off and picked up. I look forward changing the 4 stars to a 5 stars.
