The worst design ever. I wasted 1 hour just to know the lines available and I couldn't manage it!
The app is not great in terms of design and quality, as there are a lot of bugs. The service itself, is really nice, i like the fact that the customer service reply instantly whenever i have any questions or doubts. Sometimes the customer service give wrong information, or perhaps the information changes! Other than that, it's a good start, waiting to see app updates and better service.
Review date (22.11.2017) After trying their service for around 3 weeks؛ 1. customer service is awful and the fact that they still rely totally on online help instead of a hotline baffles me! 2. The lines are a mess! They have no criteria whatsoever when it comes to activating lines. Apparently It all depends on whether a captain wants to pick up a certain line or not with total disregard as to whether you completed the required number of passengers or not! 3. The app simply SUCKS! Which says alot for a company that's based online!!!! 4. Their only strength is that their pick up points are more flexible than similar services بس ده لو لقيت حد يعطف عليك و يقرر يقبل يشغل الخط بتاعك اصلا. Review date (one year ago): The idea is great however the application isn't functioning well, it won't even save my pickup and destination locations.
App has a lot of bugs, and it is even worse when you deal with their unprofessional stuff, when I had a problem with them and refuse to take the ride because driver came late they draw all money in my account as plenty
A very poor quality app with very poor customer service can't recommended to any one
