QA Guys, do you have anyone doing QA on this app? Have you used it at all? Both the Android and iOS versions fail to sign in immediately without even making a single connection or login attempt.
When trying to open "My Friday's Tab" I constantly get the message that the system has stopped & it asks if I want to report the problem. It sounds like it might not do any good to report it based on other comments made. I have been a loyal Friday's customer for quite a few years now. I was hospitalized from 11/13 to 01/14 & then sent to a rehab facility until 08/14. After that I was able to go home briefly until I fell & broke my femur bone which resulted in the amputation of my left leg & I'm still in a rehab facility. Prior to 11/13 I had 174 Stripes points. Now that I'm finally able to go out & go to restuarants again, I find my points were forfeited. Why was I never notified that they were going to be forfeited? I could have had my husband or one of my adult children print the coupon & get me an order to go & bring it to me. I would have given you a 5 star rating before but because of the loss of points & the constant errors, I dropped it to a 3.
Says no internet connection!?! Are you people going to fix? The Plenti app is crappy also. Seems like companies are launching these apps and not testing them.
App Crashes. First reported this in early March! Still can't open my Friday's tab with my new Motorola X, 2nd generation phone.(Lollipop) Version 5.0.2. App crashes, stating, "unfortunately, Friday's has stopped". I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times, no good. I've contacted corporate - by phone and email, only to get the run around.
Worked for me! I downloaded the app and sign up just fine.... I got my free chips and salsa every visit and my appetizer free!! Sorry guys.... I found nothing wrong with this app.
Bad app. Got my receipt entered the amount i spent as well as the store that I visited. There was no check number on my receipt and can't get credit for that. As well I never got the offer of endless appetizers of which I ordered 2 appetizers that were listed as well as ordering one of the burgers and obviously didn't get to share that as their advertising states. Altogether this was just plain bad
