I'm happy with this bank. I've had one problem and that's when I filed an extension on my taxes so they were not deposited in the months that most people's taxes are or would be deposited. So when my taxes were then deposited GO bank kicked them back out and denied the deposit. I had a hard time cashing a paper check. It was frustrating to say the least. Its beens two years now. Hopefully things like these are different now.
Use this app with my Uber card and really liked it. The only problem I have is that if money is taken from the account like a hold or something, it doesn't specifically say when that money is put back in the account. I paid $50 on a hotel stay, and the money took over a week to return but to this day I don't see where the money was returned to the account I only saw an addition of money. Not being able to see every single transaction can become a problem, especially when you want to keep an account of everything that goes on in your account.
You opened a fraudulent account in my name. My credit is frozen and you did not make any attempt to protect your consumers. Even worse you are completely unavailable to contact to cancel the account AND your fraud reporting webpage does not work! And none of your phone numbers work either.
This company is horrible! I hope you do not ever have an issue; if so, they will forward all your message to an annoying automated system designed to say "Forget You" in the nicest way. Save yourself some stress. Find another shop or Uber card. You don't need this head ache.
So for weeks now you have been having technical issues where i can only check my balance at an atm. Seems to be at night and sporadically through the day. Which means i cant touch my vault money sometimes. This bank never gave me issues until this. Get it together because ill be getting a real bank again if this keeps up.
I made several attempts to register my card. Kept telling me I'm inputting wrong. More than ten attempts with a friend. Called toll free number, kept repeating message with no resolution or option to speak to banker. Read reviews, my terrible initial experience of helplessness. Better I not switch to your bank. Thanks but no thanks.
