A group of 4 of us used this app for 5 attractions in New York, and it was well worth the money. It definitely saved us money rather than booking direct with the attractions (I checked, I'm a tight arse). Both of us (2 couples) had no problems with the app (I am android and the other was IPhone), and we were able to book with ease for those that needed it, and we upgraded some of the tickets once we arrived at some of the attractions. Overall, no issues, easy to use, and worth it. No complaints.

I've used Go City Explorer passes twice so far, NYC & Boston, and I loved it! It saved me a ton of cash playing turista. At most, you can probably squeeze in 2 sometimes 3 attractions per day, if they stay open late. A lot of tourist attractions everywhere don't open until 10 AM and close at 5 PM, those are limited opening hours. That's why I recommend the Explorer pass. It gives you a 60 day time limit to use it up, so you don't feel rushed to use it.

Trying to buy the pass in the app was impossible, no matter which payment method I tried to use. It also gave me errors when trying to buy a pass on a mobile browser. It finally worked when I used a browser on my computer. Further, one of the attractions listed as an option for either pass type became limited to the all inclusive pass once purchased, and there is no option to upgrade.
