I'm not able to manage my store from this app!!! Where is the help button? I don't want to call and talk on the phone for help. This app is useless to me!! Unistalling as soon as I finish this post
Last week the mobile app stopped updating with new emails. Although I could see them when I logged into my computer. I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app and now it wants me to log into my main GoDaddy account to edit or make changes. I can't even access my mobile email account anymore and it keeps crashing saying that the app has stopped. Please fix this!
The GoDaddy app makes managing my domain names an easy process. There are a few things I cannot do, but those things a prefer to do from my desktop anyways. But, for most tasks, this "pocket" app is faster.
Crashes EVERY single time I log into it now, so it's 100% useless to me. I don't know if it's because of my two factor auth, but you would assume they would test such a thing.
Somehow QA mode is active. I get annoying popups of service call links.
It was good, now I get constant irritating pop-up messages saying [QA Mode] on every click and can't get it to go away. I gave up and now go to website. Using Samsung Galaxy 7
