Worst experience with this railway food delivery app at Itarsi Junction on 6th May. My order was never delivered, no update was given, and customer care only made excuses saying the vendor was busy. My small child remained hungry during the journey. Even after 20 days, I still haven’t received my refund. Very poor service and no accountability. Think twice before ordering from this app during train travel.

please do not use these app for food order. i had ordered food on 5th may, due to their non availability of their supplier they had cancelled my order but still it has been 12 days i had didn't get my refund. every day i had calling them but thier reply is same." that we had initiated today and you will get my tomorrow". there has been no reason with them for telling me why it has been delayed.

The service was really good even after all the restaurant denied the food as they said it was a very short period of time between stations, this app took the order and delivered on time. thank you 👍
