Worst experience. I used this app ,They give lil bit more discount than others. But, if you want to cancel or reschedule your flight, I got response something went wrong. I selected full cancellation option. I am getting same response from last one day. There is no one to talk on call as well. No customer support. I used this for a year. Frequent traveler. Now I am really disappointed. The customer care call number is no operator to talk with us. and this side is book in group then flight operat

after becoming famous, they started running scams in which you opt for trip secure type of option and they don't officially give you insurance but just take money. later when you connect to a customer care executive. Their AI don't let you connect and they don't respond to email, social, and calls. I am worried now if anyone make any bookings from them and flight got cancelled at last minute. you can't reach them at all

Worst customer service, they don't reply to emails. Cannot connect to the customer service agent over calls. horrible customer experience. The airline cancelled the flight and goibibo is saying they got an email from me. While I have an email from them clearly stating the flight was cancelled by the airline. They are not even processing refunds. Worst platform ever.
