The go pay credit that i have suddenly gone from my account.. I order the transportation from my office to the destination that i want but its frequently canceled by the app.. Then i go back to the home page and realize that my credit has been used without any confirmation.. This is the first time i had a problem like this and i dont want anyone experienced this situation.. Stop using this app until my money/credit restored and the problem is solved
The application is helpful for my daily mobility. But, why when i choose the new location that i never choose before, the application just just write the name of street. I think the driver will choose the familiar location, not just the name of street. Example, i choose "fx sudirman" for my pick up location, then after that the system will change automatically to be "jl jendral sudirman ..." and i will difficult to get a driver.
Never had a really awful experience with the app. GoPay works well too. But I don't know if it's my phone or it's the app, every time Gojek send me a message it just shows up on the notification and I cant find it on the app. Maybe adding message feature won't hurt, right?
What does the use of your GPS? Is it only tracking your driver location and it's not helping him on finding the customer location? Or the driver doesn't really know the city actually? He did not pick me up, and I had waited here for one hour. But the application was saying that I had been picked up by him and he drove me into my destination. Then the application asked me for rate, do you think I can make a good opinion after this situation happens? Fyi, it's really hard to find me a driver on gojek.
Lagging AF since your last update. Dude, with the amount of funding you have, you should've spare some for server and UX improvements. Why in the world would you keep expanding to hairdressing, massage,even automotive? Too greedy?
When the apps goes error, there will be more than 1 driver taking our booking. Thats mean, as a customer we should cancel a driver if we already appointed to another driver. It will give a bad point to the driver that we just cancelled. I hope in the future, gojeck is able to lock the booking, so once a driver grabs an order, it will be automatically locked so that another driver couldnt take the same order.
