Rubbish, id upload formality was kept at the end when i was trying to pay taxi ride. Utter nonsense. Wasted my time and effort and money. Ridiculous... Passport wont fit in the frame and cant recognize scanned image. Tried more than 50 times recognized 2 times. I am foreigner and need to oay thru vard as most of the outlet in the malls dont accept cash orthere is no enoug6change to lay the taxi driver.

I have been using Gopay for a month in Indonesia. Initially, it was advertised that top-ups were free, but in reality, service fees were added during the process. Then, without any clear reason or warning, my Gopay account was suddenly blocked. On top of that, the chat support is completely useless—if there are no actual agents available to assist, there's no point in keeping a chatbot that can't resolve anything. Either provide real support or remove the feature entirely

please fix my tickets page, I am reporting something and asked to provide information. but I can't respond to the message at all, there is not even a feature to reply to chat, I thought maybe it was because of my cellphone, but I have used 2 different cellphones and the results are still the same. please for the QA team, please pay attention again
