something is wrong with my gopay pet. I've been playing regularly for months but these days I can't seem to feed my cat nor receive any coins after finishing the task. It was stated claimed but it didn't sum up to my current available coins. There is no support or help available in the app. I tried everything even uninstalling the app but it didn't work. please send help 🫠

I have used gopay for years, always topping up with my Wise card account. Suddenly on this trip to Indonesia, every time I try to top up, it is rejected with no explanation. I can see that the funds has been taken but straight away returned to my wise account. I am very frustrated since most small purchases requires electronic payments. No help from app customer service available. Additional after reply from gopay. it is not possible to get to even put in the code on the app. What a joke.

Otherwise, I admit this is a great app. However, regarding the e-money top-up feature: the payment goes through, yet the card balance doesn't increase because the card supposedly cannot be read due to technical issues—even though the card is readable on other apps. This has happened three times now: the GoPay balance is deducted, but nothing is added to the card, and a refund isn't possible. I am truly disappointed; if the feature doesn't actually work, just remove it!
