creating qris now becomes accessible because of this app. but then, unfortunately, my service type doesn't appear here. I'm a tutor, but when I looked for it, I didn't find any that is similar to my service. please update your app, and try to add tutor there. Make it easy for users to update their service information as well. edit: I just found out we can't keep our money inside this app. can you add a feature where we can save it temporarily and then transfer it once it is much enough?

Broken App. i tried to login but was stuck at face verification, even the tutorial button couldn't be clicked. Is this how a million dollar company works?

Terrible experience changing my store name. It updated on the GoPay Merchant app, but not on the QRIS, customers still see the old name when scanning. I contacted CS twice and got the same generic reply: "please wait three days." It’s been weeks. How many more times do I need to wait three days? Completely unhelpful and disappointing service for something so essential.
