I don't have any problem with the ads last month, it's a breeze, top banner indeed help to increace the sales. The cost is high, yes, our omzet deducted for almost 40% from ads and fee combined. But that is still okay. But for the past three weeks, not only the sales was pretty stagnant even with ads, but the cost was insane! Our omzet got deducted 100%, everyday, which they said it's because of the ads. And where is the breakdown of ads cost? We only get daily transaction details.

After 3 years closing my resto on this apk , just now i got calls from drivers that order food from my resto. Not only once or twice, but a many times. I cant manage my resto from gobiz apk, and my resto still closed in gofood even on operational hours, but still got order and the CS only said its open. Lot of scam, lot of issues with gobiz and gojek

Until now I have not been able to see my GoBiz balance since there is a writing that says fails to upload and therefore I am not able to request fund withdrawal. I have made complaint already but until now it is not fixed yet. Also until now I have not been able to access GoBiz Dashboard website, after some loading process it just went blank. I tried to find a way or menu to make formal complaint but I could not even find it. There was nothing I could do except write it in review in public.
