Until now I have not been able to see my GoBiz balance since there is a writing that says fails to upload and therefore I am not able to request fund withdrawal. I have made complaint already but until now it is not fixed yet. Also until now I have not been able to access GoBiz Dashboard website, after some loading process it just went blank. I tried to find a way or menu to make formal complaint but I could not even find it. There was nothing I could do except write it in review in public.

I dont know its the app bugs or somethings but the rating for restaurant is not fair, its suddenly drop 1 point in 1-2 days, I know that gojek give the 60% for rating and 40% from customers, but We tried the best to prefer the foods, fast and clean, almost never cancel the orders, and have mostly 5 stars reviews from our custumers, and yet our restaurant rating still drop 1 point each in 1 or 2 days for unknowns reason, we already contact the Gojek CS and they didnt even bothering to explain.
