Hopefully someone from Juno reads this. I'm assuming Juno doesn't let drivers cancel rides. Because I tried to request 2 different rides from JFK and the driver called to confirm my destination and never moved. They just sat there and waited for me to cancel the ride. This was a huge waste of time for me. I ended up using Lyft instead.
So far it's the best - I've heard they're biz practices are good for the drivers, the two weeks of 30% off have been great for me, the cats are nice, I've been upgraded for free several times already... No complaints. Two thumbs way up. 👍🏾👍🏾
