Ratings and reviews

It's absolutely annoying that the app keeps asking feedback for the previous order whenever I try to place a new one. Feedback should be either optional or occasional. What value are you generating after receiving all the 1 star ratings from the frustrated end-users? Providing app feedback to support person in cafeteria has been useless because they themselves are helpless in this matter.

I have downloaded the app but the app is not feteching the current location. Resulting in no food courts or vending machines is available for me. My location is enabled in phone, also at the setting of the app location permission is enabled. I tried to remove the app and install again, still not working. Could you please help on this?

TERRIBLE USER EXPERIENCE! Why do you keep asking for feedback for previous order BEFORE placing order for new one? That's the most annoying thing about this app. If you are really concerned about the feedback then ask us right away and not during the processing of new order. 1 star for poor customer experience. Will keep rating 1 star until you change the feedback process.
