Hi there is agree with Ken Fagan hi there Ken I've just been experienced one minute when I go my o2 account and password mobile number o2rewards on O2 priority. My email address and password don't match our records payandgo don't recognise number i was talked into go for pay monthly and business sim they removed my pay and go number and put the new number for the pay monthly and business sim. When I got the sim I decided to cancel. When they want payment off of you they soon remember your number. I was on pay and go
I had the same problem as described in other reviews, my phone number was not recognised. Did some updates on my phone and reinstalled the app and it works a treat now.
Why is it trying to connect all the $×£@₩)&+$ time? Every 90 seconds I get a message saying "Priority can't connect right now, sorry about that" I don't want it to connect when I am at home. I want it to connect if I choose to open it at a time that suits me. But I can't connect outside home as O2's 4G service is as reliable as a snowflake surviving the 7th realm of hell. I don't want to know about shoddy deals that are not worth my time or effort and involve little reward every 90 seconds. The bug fixes clearly didn't solve sod all as people are still complaining about it. Anyone who gives it more than 2 stars I must hazard a guess and say works for O2. I'm uninstalling this crap. Oh O2 and if you think im going to renew with you after being with you for 12 years DREAM ON!!!!!!!! I'd rather switch back to Vodafone and I swore I wouldn't give their phone to a dead dog.
"Priority can't connect right now, sorry about that!" message keeps appearing even when the app is closed. I don't want or need the app to connect when I'm not using it... fix please.
Just updated to the latest version and now it tells me I'm not an O2 customer and can't recognise my number. Only been with them for about 15 years, obviously they always remember I'm a customer when the bill is due!
Updated to latest version the app would not open, also tried uninstalling and reinstalling and didnt work but then 24 hours later it worked again. Slightly temperamental, wish there were better offers but coffee on Tuesdays and £1 lunch on a Monday ok
