The only reason I downloaded this app was so I can pay for my credit card. Should have known the app would be horrible bc the website is just as bad. Whoever is in charge of creating your websites and all needs to be fired and replaced with someone who knows what they're actually doing. Horrible horrible horrible all of it is horrible!! And I love kay!
Horrible app just like the website.. I can't believe this app has a 3.5 rating. It's God awful. It's incredibly slow to load anything, doesn't work half the time when I click something, and freezes when I finally get to look at a product. I'd use the website but it's just as bad. Will be deleting once the holiday season is over.
I've always had a good simple experience especially in store but the same cannot be said for the app as of late. It continuously force closes or will not open at all. I have a Galaxy Note 8 and cannot simply open the application after numerous uninstall and installs.
The app is super buggy, will not let me save to my wishlist, add to my bag, check my account, and crash closes every time I open it. Really disappointing. They haven't seemed to do much about fixing it either.
App is just the mobile site... And the mobile site doesn't play well on the mobile version of chrome. The menu is broken so it's impossible to navigate. I would consider that worthless. Either fix the mobile site or actually build an app. Or better yet, how about both.
I love the app... It helps out a lot... But after the last update it won't work... I turn it on and just get a blank screen... Please help me with this. I work for Kay's and love the company and have used this app many times to order things and need to order a lot more but can't get it to work...
