Very disappointing experience. I placed my order after the items were shown as available and received an order confirmation. After waiting two days, I was informed the products were out of stock and my order could not be fulfilled. This shows poor inventory management and wasted my time. If an item is unavailable, it should not be listed for sale. I expect a prompt refund and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. I expected much better service from Golden Scent.

I used to order from Kuwait, now I cannot login to the app after trying for over than 3 months, each time I try to login, I keep on waiting to receive an OTP, which never comes. Even there is no customer service to contact for help. After being a big fan of Golden Scent, and after multiple purchases, now I have to uninstall the app. Very disappointed 😞
