well I just downloaded the app cuz I've been trying to redeem for a week . I've sent MULTIPLE copies of my ID and utility bill. All have been rejected and approved.... still cannot redeem!!! No way to contact , have sent multiple emails,NONE HAVE BEEN RETURNED. WILL UPADATE IF RESOLVED.

If you log on and spin the wheel instead of going to the kiosk.. it usually gives you more credits than the 20 the kiosk does.. if you didn't realize it takes your daily spin if you visit the kiosk too.. better to just log on and spin the wheel everyday.

Can't get back game because it wants u to. download it Everytime . I think that is a bunch of BS. Why I can't go on here and play game. It keeps saying need to download & I've downloaded more than once
