well I just downloaded the app cuz I've been trying to redeem for a week . I've sent MULTIPLE copies of my ID and utility bill. All have been rejected and approved.... still cannot redeem!!! No way to contact , have sent multiple emails,NONE HAVE BEEN RETURNED. WILL UPADATE IF RESOLVED.

was going well until I landed a hold and link bonus! I got excited then my phone died! when I brought it back up I had no bonus and lost what I had wagered! if you play make sure you've got full charge on your phone! I've sent multiple emails and got no replies

I've had couple problems but overall it's a great experience...
