Weekly Rush
In Weekly Rush Crownit users win bumper prizes on every Friday between 3pm - 4pm. All you need to do on Crowinit app to collect Rush Tickets. Once you have a Rush Ticket you automatically are eligible for the Weekly Rush. Then every Friday at 3 PM, open your app, check if the number of the rush ticket matches with the winning numbers on Weekly Rush screen. If yes, then immediately claim your prize. These tickets are provided for every check-in or transaction done during the whole week. Last Rush ticket is allocated for the check-in or transaction made until Friday 1:59 PM.

Crownit Steal
Steal is the latest & most interesting feature of the Weekly Rush. In case your friends fail to claim their prizes, you can steal their prizes. Congratulate your friend before 4 PM & if they haven't claimed their prizes by then, the 'Steal button' gets activated . You just have to click on steal button & the prize is yours. You can steal prizes between 4-4.30 pm only. The first one to hit the ‘Steal Prize’ takes away his friends' unclaimed prize.

Whats the point of calling yourself as a cashback app when you don't give cashback these days. If u say rush tickets as cashback, its just a chance to earn some. Never won anything in more than a year and also faced issues with the app due to which my crowns got redemmed without even putting in any request. Pathetic app wont use it now.

This apo gives so many notifications like reminding to check in when it finds you at an outlet, etc, but NOT A SINGLE REMINDER TO CLAIM THE REWARD when I finally won a draw. And why in the first place they ask you to claim the reward, it should be automatically credited to your account. BECAUSE OF SEVERAL UNCLAIMED REWARDS, I NO LONGER USE THIS APP. If crownit is happy with that it is fine.

I was very happy using the app. But when I won a watch worth 6000 and received a watch which worth only 2695. When I wrote them about the issue they asked for 48 hours and it's more than 48 hours that did not even cared to reply. Crown it is good but you cheat ! Edit : 4 stars because they solved the issue. They can't give me back the watch that I won instead as a token of apology they transferred 2000 crowns to my account.

From last 4 to 5 weeks I am always playing a weekly Rush but I am unable to win anything I installed the app that 4 to 5 weeks I won many things. But from 4 to 5 which are not won anything the app is good but I think some problem has went with my app I am not winning anything please help me

If someone wins more than one prize then the user should have the right to claim it of his/her choice. One day my 3 tickets got selected, all for different prizes but only 30 crowns(the minimum one) was declared as final prize!

Accepted the Bill when I paid through Crown-it. But when it comes to accepting/passing the bill, the bill image gets corrupted, giving notification after 3 days! Customer Care don't have an solution for this except for apology!

You upload a bill then you get a lottery ticket. If your ticket wins at the end of the week, you have to claim your reward in 1 hour otherwise you are just a loser.

I have recharge my phone with 10 crown however 30 crown deducted stating 20 crown for tax. Is the tax is 300%??? In friday tickets (WR) winning changes are very low, so rewards are not good and thus not so motivational...
