I've been with LMN since 2022, and I can tell you that this is the best software for any company when it's applied correctly. Words of advice! SIMPLIFY! Set up LMN based on how it applies to the field. AND Either the owner or someone close to them that understand the expectations of the owner set up the systems. Also, resolv your app issues by upgrading your free phones/tablets. If you hire someone who's not determined and passionate to figure it out, good luck, and God speed!

So the company I work for has used this app for over a year now and it has many pitfalls I'm doing all thee updates and still have trouble with almost all the aspects and features of this app I understand it's rather costly for subscription as well what I can't understand is why it's always something new in terms of issues often times lagging deleting saved information causing me a crew lead of sometimes several people to have to restart my application and recreate my work day on thee app.

have been using the app with no problems for over a year. Started off this week unable to add from gallery or take photos through the app to record my day. I have tinkered with the app permissions all week, deleted and re downloaded the app, reported said issues with no fix in sight. Where is the support for this app?!
