Not a good app. I really wanted to like this service but once you have an issue the communication stops with them. I was unable to pick up one pkg and they refuse to respond. They kept my package. You cannot contact them through the app. A report will be filed to the bbb and any other office that deals with corrupt businesses.

very confusing and practically unusable UI

when the hell did you have to make an account in order to use something that has always been free, and now to not be able to use in my area, that's even wrong, fix it back the way it was, and i will give 5 stars.
