Compared to several other similar apps I use, this is by far the worst. They have great cash back offers, but you can't cash out till you have $50 with a "payable" status. I currently have $70+ earned that I can't cash out because my account still hasn't been credited for things I purchased 4 months ago. I've reached out to customer service many times. I got one automated reply with useless info. If the money ever shows up, I'll cash out and delete my account

FatCoupon is a great app and site for making some extra cash! I was really impressed with how many offers were available - and they were always offers different from all the other sites and apps like this. So far, everywhere I have got cash back from every place that I have shopped online since I've had FatCoupon! Not only that - but its always more cash back than any other place offers! I had to contact support once with questions, and they responded to me within an hour, and completely resolved my issue and reassured me until I was comfortable. Absolutely the best customer service!

Waste of time. For example, I did one of their daily deals that promised $100.00 in Fat Coupon coins. After meeting all of the conditions, they never paid me. I repeatedly contacted their CS, and they keep on saying they are waiting for the merchant to reply. They are not sufficiently incentivized to correct this with their merchants, because the fact is, they don't have to pay you.
