After year and a half it's been very hit and miss with any of it working. app takes forever to notify you someones trying to leave a parcel. changed HBB and can't change in wifi settings so removed box on app only to not be able to add again as won't go past "give your box a name". customer services say to send box back at my expense and they'll fit a booster ariel (which won't fix the app) or sell me a new box, overall just not what was expected.

CAUTION. Subscriptions required for basic use such as human alerts and storage. No control of deleting recordings from their cloud storage. No way to own personal data. SERIOUS CONCERNS If you write a negative review your account will be deactivated and you will be requested to remove the review to access again. I contacted them & received emails stating remove review first I explained that I would report to trading standards and the response '' DO WHATEVER YOU MUST DO''

not as good as I thought it would be, keeps crashing and no alert. The battery only lasts around 2 weeks, with no way to turn off while on holiday, i will just have to take it out! Maybe you need to come up with an indoor adapter connection to it that rings indoors 🤔
