This is really awesome for good exercise for adults and kids and i really have fun doing it by myself or doing the exercises with my daughter. The exercise are funny and good at demstright it too what do for each step. This is really good app for everyone too enjoy and laugh and having fun

You only get 3 or 4 options to play .terrible I recommend if you are trying to teach a third grade class don't use this one I was In my class room and I installed this that morning and when we went to do one we only had 4 terrible options

Good to download for the kids because it makes them exercise and you lose weight and it's good exercising games and every level you get a new exercise game and it feels like if you're inside the game
