Good on Apple supports finger print, then why not on Android?? Also I think it would be good to have a subject view, basically club by subject would make life a lot easier. Another thing which I found not optimized is when you sync after 2-3 days, instead of trying to get the latest mail first it would first get the oldest mail first and then will remove it as I did actually delete it from server, so this is just non optimized area as per me, them should try to work on this also.
Awful alternative to enterprise Since the last update any time I turn my phone back on I get a message to say my email is synchronising and it can be like that for days then it will work for a day then it'll do this again. My IT is seeking an alternative app as this is completely unreliable
Stops working Once it hits max capacity, there is no way to bulk remove or clean up emails. Hitting send and recieve shows it working but after max capacity is hit, you'll have to reinstall. UPDATE: down to one star. This app is terrible. Cleaned up my emails so no way i could run out of space and it still stops working. Reinstalling again...
Most antiquated piece of software ever No fingerprint recognition on android, out of date UI while rest of the apps flaunt material design, slow amd buggy. Only using because Good has a contract with my employer. Kinda bullshit app.
Used to be good I've used this app for over 7 years. It was great but over the past year it has stopped working with my android. I have to uninstall and reinstall about once a month. Even doing that, I still can't get my emails to come up now. Will be asking my employer if we can all move to another app.
Should rename itself to 'Alright' My big gripe about this is that it's nothing compared to the iPhone app. Seeing as this is one of the primary interaction points for customers of your system, you'd think you'd try to ensure the experience is top class, not something that resembles a 5 year old app!!
