One of the worst app in playstore. I am forced to use it for work emails. Mails doesn't show up for hours and then suddenly all of them come at once. No copy paste option, can't edit DL, can't search for email subjects...list is too long to mention everything here...

Constantly have problems receiving emails and connecting to the network, have to manually connect often to refresh emails. Search function is not great, and subfolders frequently do not sync up in real time. Formatting on calendar invitations look funky on desktop (especially when including attachments). No fingerprint option for droid.
Unable to cut and paste emails address or context within emial, not able to delete or modify part of a pending forwarded email. It looks like first email created.. no extra feature other than typing and sending.

This is my only option to access my work email from my phone. Everything is overly restricted and doing anything is cumbersome and frustrating. The app is buggy and prone to crashing. If I had ANY other option for managing my work email, I would use that instead.

App is not so user friendly. Doesn't support cut/copy/paste in emails. Cannot forward email. Very complex password requirement and doesn't support finger print login. App doesn't always on to show notification when new email has arrived or calendar notification. Overall not satisfied with app.

Hit a maximum capacity with emails and can no longer receive anything new. Deleting emails and keeping the bare minimum sync level (that you cannot change, annoyingly) does absolutely nothing. As of now, the app is useless for me and the setup is too annoying to attempt reinstalling. No fingerprint login is ridiculous when the iOS app has it

Anyone experience issues with GFE on iOS when looking up a contact against AD? Home number not listed, but seems to work fine from Android. Users complaining.
No fingerprint access and complex password requirement and bad interface. It loses connection and the update is very slow... Horrible
This app only gets 1 star because it does in fact send and receive email... When it feels like it. The UI is ugly and clunky, it takes forever to update between sessions, and it logs you out constantly. It also has significantly less functionality than the iOS version. Works best over WiFi, but "best" for Good is like the bare minimum for Gmail.
name is a misnomer, should be "horrible for enterprise". it's basically a stalling app. stops working all the time, and since today I cannot even restart it. it often claims that I'm offline (and fails to replicate) while all other apps including my browser are accessing the internet just fine. it can't even insert a picture or attach a file to an email - except you go to the gallery and share via good - which means you can email only one file at a time. so this app is best avoided!
Not an alternative to Outlook, at least from a user viewpoint.... really bad idea our IT had to move to Good. Poor Features and integration. Lost a lot moving away from outlook
Worst app...I am not able to refresh the mail. It takes time to load.I am forcefully using it for my office work.
Takes 10 minutes to receive emails (which come instantly on the iOS version). No fingerprint login is hard to believe. Terrible app.
It's overly secured, I should say. There are several restrictions. Good for an alternative access to your inbox, and to get some calendar reminders. Formatting, attachments, screenshots, editing older note while using a 'forward' are not permitted.
Inconsistent. Frequently disconnects, doesn't allow for consistent delivery of email. No fingerprint option. Can't edit a replied to or forwarded email. Frustrating app
They should rename this app to bad. Frequently crashes to the point I have to uninstall/reactivate. When it occasionally works, it's not the worst thing ever. 2 stars.
No fingerprint recognition option. Now have to put in my password everytime my screen back light dims. Incredibly frustrating.
Frustrating! Limited user features, search function in particular is useless (searches only in subjects and not in the body of messages). Little control over formatting and signatures.
Absolute Garbage. Lengthy password requirements with no fingerprint auth. Terrible interface (think windows 95 squeezed onto a smart phone). Persistent notification clogging up my lock screen. Unreliable syncing. Blackberry really missed the mark with this one.
Stay connected to the office. Check emails on the road. Works.
Complex password requirement. No option for fingerprint unlocking (as provided in ios)..
Finger print unlock is not supported, really frustrating to put password every 15 min.
Blackberry know we have no choice and develop accordingly, would encourage all users to contact their IT departments and demand they switch provider, the only way they will take notice of reviews is when the enterprises start to leave
Poor. The times you want to use this is when you are out of the office. On a full 4G signal it can take 15 attempts to connect, even then may fail. Useless.
Useless app I can't open any link from email from my android smartphone phone which was working before (till android 4). Which is currently working in iOS.... But why not in android..... I hate this app.... Why can't they bring that feature in latest Android versions.....
Come on, what are you all doing if you're not working on Fingerprint login in this day and age?
Needs fingerprint recognition, hate typing my password in 20 times a day
Latest version update is not stable. It Everytime resynchronzes whenever we opens it. Please provide solution to this issur.
From past 4 days its not getting updated and no new emails are coming.
Can't use it on Huawei phone or any android that's not Samsung, as Good only support Samsung phone for Android OS. Good team should look into this urgently to gain wider android user coverage
Sync lags and I cannot use fingerprint like I can on many other android apps
Doesn't connect quickly.. many doesn't connect for longer period of time
Feature request: The notification icon on Android 8.0 "always on" screen on the Pixel 2 is just a mere white square. Any chance you could improve on that ?
Endlessly asks for password (and crashes sometimes) after the latest android 7.0 update
Terrible app. Very complex password requirement. No finger print integration. Shame on you guys.
Its stupid app, i feel im using samsung galaxy s1 with limited UI
This app looks like it was built in 2007. No fingerprint login? So everyone can see me entering my password every 2 minutes?
Positive: I can securely access my work email, Negative: No fingerprint log in option - we are in 2017, really?
